This is a single Energizer CR2012 lithium coin cell, a 3V button battery used where a device is too slim to take anything larger. Lithium chemistry is what makes the size work: it holds a steady voltage almost to the end of the cell's working life rather than fading away gradually, and it loses very little charge while sitting unused. That matters in a key fob or a meter that gets picked up once a week and still has to respond first time. The cell comes on a child resistant card, which the pack states plainly.

A CR2012 is the size called for by many car key fobs, slim remote controls, digital thermometers, calculators, small watches and compact medical or test devices. The code describes the cell rather than naming a range: the first two digits give the diameter and the last two the thickness, so a CR2012 and a CR2032 are the same width but different depths, and one will not stand in for the other.
