Description

The Elena is a 70cm eight-light chandelier built around a polished chrome frame wrapped in hand-cut Asfour crystal strands that form eight curved arms. Each arm terminates in a chrome candle cup holding an E14 bulb (sold separately), arranged in a symmetrical ring around the central column. A faceted Asfour crystal sphere hangs from the base, acting as a counterweight and light catch below the main assembly.

Designed for dining rooms, large living areas and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the chandelier provides decorative ambient light through its eight candle-style lamps. The drop is adjustable between 660mm and 1670mm during installation via a chain suspension system, allowing it to be set 700-900mm above a dining table or 1.2-1.5m below a ceiling rose depending on the room height. The 700mm diameter suits tables 1.6-2m long or rooms 4-5m square.

The Asfour crystal strands are strung on wire and wrapped continuously around each arm, creating a textured surface that catches and refracts light from the bulbs. The polished chrome underneath remains visible through gaps in the crystal wrapping, adding structural definition to the arms. At 5.9kg the fitting requires a ceiling joist or a reinforced ceiling rose capable of supporting the weight, and the chrome canopy hides the fixing point and chain assembly.
