Description

The Eamon is a 170mm outdoor up/down wall light built from anthracite-finished polycarbonate, housing two GU10 lamp holders inside a cylindrical body measuring 60mm in diameter and projecting 88mm from the wall. Each GU10 lamp casts light through a clear polycarbonate diffuser at either end of the cylinder, directing one beam upward onto the wall above the fitting and one beam downward to the ground or path below.

Rated IP54, the Eamon protects against dust ingress and water splashing from any direction, making it suitable for outdoor installation on house walls, garage exteriors, garden walls and covered porch areas exposed to rain. The polycarbonate construction resists corrosion in coastal environments where salt spray would degrade metal fittings over time, and the anthracite finish hides surface dirt and weathering better than lighter colours.

The fitting requires two GU10 lamps up to 5W each (sold separately). Most users pair this with warm-white 3000K LED GU10s between 3-5W for accent lighting along pathways, around doorways, or to highlight architectural features on a building facade. The compact 60mm diameter makes the Eamon unobtrusive on narrow wall sections or when fitting multiple units in a row. The Class II electrical safety rating means no earth connection is needed during installation.

The Eamon range includes matching spike lights and wall lights in four colour options (anthracite, black, white, stainless steel effect), allowing multiple fixtures to coordinate across a property exterior. Knightsbridge covers the Eamon with a 3-year warranty.

What bulbs does it take?

Two GU10 lamps up to 5W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED GU10s between 3-5W and 2700K-3000K for exterior accent lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Dimming depends on the GU10 bulb chosen. If you fit dimmable GU10 LEDs and connect the circuit to a compatible LED dimmer, the fitting will dim. Non-dimmable GU10s will not dim regardless of the circuit.

What other colours are available in the Eamon range?

The Eamon is available in anthracite, black, white and stainless steel effect finishes. Matching spike lights are also available in the same finishes for coordinated garden and pathway lighting.
