Description
This E27 LED bulb is a classic GLS shape, the rounded A60 household form, with visible LED filaments behind clear glass for a vintage look. It draws 8W yet gives 1055 lumens, replacing a 75W old bulb on light output alone. The fitting is an E27 Edison Screw, the standard large screw cap, known in US terms as a medium screw base. Colour is 4000K cool white, a crisp, neutral tone, and the wide 320° beam angle throws light almost all the way round, much like a traditional incandescent.
The all-round 320° spread and cool white tone make this a general-purpose bulb for open fittings, pendants, table and floor lamps where the bulb is on show and the filament look adds to the fixture. The clear glass and even output suit hallways, kitchens and living spaces that want a brighter, more neutral light than warm white. It is rated for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp position. At 1055 lumens it works well as a primary bulb in a single-lamp fitting or as part of a multi-lamp pendant.
The bulb measures Ø60 by 108 mm and weighs 32g, with a transparent glass envelope showing the filaments. It runs on 220 to 240V AC mains direct from the E27 holder, with an efficiency of 132 lm/W and a rated 15,000 hour lifespan. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and the bulb is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer. Our wider bulb range includes matching filament shapes and warm white tones in the same E27 cap.

Frequently Asked
What fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E27 Edison Screw cap, the larger of the two common screw fittings, which twists into a standard E27 holder. Check that your lamp or pendant takes E27 rather than the smaller E14 before ordering.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
It draws just 8W but gives 1055 lumens, which matches the output of a 75W traditional incandescent bulb. The LED itself only uses 8W, so you get the same brightness for a fraction of the running cost.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, this is a non-dimmable bulb, so it should be used with a standard on/off switch. Fitting it on a dimmer circuit can cause flicker or buzzing and may shorten its life.
What does the filament design look like when lit?
It has visible LED filaments inside clear glass, giving the vintage, exposed-filament look of an old-style bulb. The 4000K cool white tone keeps the light crisp and neutral rather than warm and yellow.
