Description
This E27 GLS LED bulb takes the classic A60 household shape, the familiar rounded form that fits most ceiling fittings, table lamps and pendants. It uses the E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap, the standard large screw fitting, which US buyers will know as the A19 medium-base bulb. The bulb draws just 7W yet puts out 810 lumens, giving the light of an old 60W bulb on a fraction of the power. The 2700K warm white tone is soft and yellow-toned, and the wide 320° beam angle spreads light evenly in almost every direction.
Inside the clear opal glass sit visible LED filaments, giving the warm vintage glow of a traditional incandescent while keeping the running cost low. It suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas, and works well in open fittings and shades where the filament look is on show. The warm 2700K colour and broad spread make it a good fit for relaxed ambient light rather than sharp task work, casting a soft, even wash across a room from a single central fitting or a small cluster of pendants.
The bulb is rated IP20 for dry indoor use, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and outdoor spots. It measures Ø60 by 105mm and weighs 30g, running on 220 to 240V AC mains with no separate driver or transformer needed. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and rated life is 15,000 hours. This bulb is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer.

Frequently Asked
What fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap, the standard large screw fitting found on many pendants, ceiling fittings and table lamps. In the US this is the medium-base A19 type. It simply screws into any matching E27 holder.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
At 7W it produces 810 lumens, which matches the output of an old 60W incandescent bulb. You get the same brightness while drawing far less power, with a rated life of 15,000 hours.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, this is a non-dimmable bulb, so it should be used with a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer. Fitting it to a dimmer circuit may cause flicker or buzzing.
What does the warm white filament look like?
It runs at 2700K warm white, a soft yellow-toned light, with visible LED filaments inside clear opal glass for a vintage incandescent look. The 320° beam angle spreads the light widely, which suits open shades and exposed pendant fittings.
