Description
This E27 LED bulb takes the classic A60 GLS shape, the familiar rounded household form, with visible LED filaments behind clear glass for a vintage look. It draws just 7W while giving 810 lumens, replacing an old 60W incandescent bulb at a fraction of the running power. The light is 4000K cool white, a crisp neutral tone, spread through a wide 320 degrees so it lights a room evenly rather than throwing a tight beam. The E27 cap is the standard Edison Screw fitting, known in the US as a medium screw base, and the A60 envelope matches the A19 size Americans look for.
Being a wide-beam GLS bulb, it suits open fittings where the lamp is on show or lightly shaded: pendants, table and floor lamps, wall fittings and ceiling roses across living rooms, kitchens, hallways and bedrooms. The 320 degree spread means the light reaches across the room and up towards the ceiling rather than pooling in one spot, so a single bulb covers a small to medium fitting well. The cool white 4000K tone keeps colours looking true, which works in kitchens, studies and task corners as well as general living areas. It is rated IP20 for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp location.
The bulb measures 60 mm in diameter by 105 mm long and weighs 34 g, with a transparent clear-glass envelope that shows the filament detail. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and efficiency is a steady 116 lm/W, with a rated life of 15,000 hours. It runs on 220 to 240V AC mains straight from the E27 holder with no separate driver or transformer. Note that this bulb is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on/off switch. We stock this base name in further cap and shape options across the range.

Frequently Asked
Which fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E27 Edison Screw cap, the larger screw-in fitting found on many pendants, table lamps and ceiling fittings. In the US this is the medium screw base. Check your existing bulb screws in rather than pushes and twists, as that bayonet type is different.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
The LED itself draws only 7W but gives 810 lumens, which matches the output of a 60W old incandescent bulb. You get the same brightness for roughly a tenth of the power, so it is a direct swap for a tired 60W lamp.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, it is non-dimmable and should be used with a standard on/off switch. Fitting it to a dimmer circuit can cause flicker, buzzing or a shortened life, so a normal switch is the right pairing.
What does the 4000K cool white tone look like?
4000K is a crisp, neutral white, brighter and cleaner than a warm yellow-toned bulb but not as blue as full daylight. It keeps colours looking true, which makes it a good choice for kitchens, studies and task areas as well as general rooms.
