Description

This is a classic A60 GLS light bulb with the familiar rounded household shape, fitted with an E27 Edison Screw (ES) cap. It draws just 11W while putting out 1521 lumens, so it stands in for an old 100W bulb without the running cost. Inside the clear glass sit visible LED filaments that give the warm, vintage glow of a traditional lamp, with the light tuned to a 2700K warm white tone. A wide 320° beam angle spreads light almost all the way around the bulb, much like the incandescent it replaces. In US terms this is the screw-base equivalent of a standard A19 household bulb.

The all-round 320° spread and warm 2700K colour make this a good fit for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and dining areas, where it can sit in pendants, open shades and table or floor lamps. Because the filaments are on show through clear glass, it works particularly well in exposed fittings and cage shades where the bulb itself is part of the look. It is dimmable, so it can be paired with a compatible dimmer to take the level down for relaxed evening lighting or up for everyday use. As an IP20 lamp it is for dry indoor rooms only; keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp position.

The bulb measures Ø60 by 108 mm and weighs 36 g, running on 220 to 240V AC mains through its E27 cap with no separate driver to fit. Efficiency is rated at 138 lm/W and the colour rendering is Ra 80, so colours read naturally around the home. Rated for 15,000 hours of use, it is built to outlast the 100W incandescent it replaces many times over. The clear, transparent finish keeps the decorative filament fully visible.
