Description

This E27 GLS LED bulb pairs a familiar A60 household shape with visible LED filaments behind clear glass, giving the vintage look of an old wire-filament lamp with the running cost of modern LED. It draws just 10W yet pushes out 1520 lumens, so it stands in for a 100W incandescent while using a fraction of the energy. The cap is an E27 Edison Screw, the standard large screw fitting, which US buyers know as the medium screw base. The tone is a crisp 6500K daylight, and the wide 320 degree beam spreads light almost all the way around the bulb rather than firing it in one direction.

Because the light radiates so widely, this bulb suits open shades, pendants and fittings where the lamp is on view, as well as bare-batten holders in utility spaces. The daylight colour reads clean and neutral, which works well in kitchens, home offices, workshops and garages where you want clear, true-to-life light rather than a warm glow. With an almost all-round 320 degree spread it fills a shade evenly and avoids the dark patches a narrow beam can leave. As an IP20 bulb it is for dry indoor use only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp position.

The clear glass envelope shows the LED filaments and measures Ø60 by 108 mm, weighing only 32 g.
