Description
This E14 LED bulb takes the small round golf ball shape (G45), with a clear glass body and visible LED filaments for a vintage look. It draws just 6 W while putting out 806 lumens, enough to stand in for an old 60 W incandescent bulb at a fraction of the running cost. The fitting is E14 Small Edison Screw, known in the US as a candelabra base, and the warm white 2700K tone gives a soft, cosy glow. With a wide 320 degree beam angle, the light spreads evenly around the bulb rather than throwing in one direction.
Golf ball bulbs like this suit chandeliers, wall brackets, pendant clusters and smaller decorative fittings where the bulb is on show, so the exposed filaments are part of the look. The warm 2700K colour works well in living rooms, dining areas, bedrooms and hallways where a relaxed light is wanted rather than a bright task output. Several of these together in a multi-arm fitting build up a comfortable ambient level, while a single bulb suits a bedside or accent lamp. This is a dry indoor bulb only, so keep it clear of bathrooms, porches and any outdoor or damp location.
The bulb measures Ø45 by 80 mm and weighs only 14 g, slim enough for compact shades and tight fittings. It runs on 220 to 240 V AC mains direct from the E14 holder, with no transformer or driver needed. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and rated efficiency is 134 lm/W, with a stated lifespan of 15,000 hours. This bulb is non-dimmable, so pair it with a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer. We also stock matching E14 candle and globe filament bulbs in the same warm white tone for fittings that mix shapes.

Frequently Asked
Which fitting does this bulb need?
It has an E14 Small Edison Screw cap, also called SES in the UK or a candelabra base in the US. It twists into any standard E14 holder, which is common on chandeliers, wall lights and smaller decorative fittings.
What old bulb wattage does it replace?
The LED draws only 6 W itself but gives 806 lumens, which is comparable to an old 60 W incandescent golf ball bulb. You get the same brightness for far less energy use.
Is this bulb dimmable?
No, this is a non-dimmable bulb. It should be used with a standard on/off switch rather than a dimmer, as fitting it to a dimmer circuit can cause flicker or shorten its life.
Can I use it outdoors or in a bathroom?
No, this is an IP20 bulb rated for dry indoor use only. Keep it clear of bathrooms, porches, gardens and any damp or outdoor location, and use a suitably rated fitting for those areas instead.
