This E14 LED bulb takes the small round golf ball shape, the G45 form that suits compact fittings and decorative pendants. It draws just 3.4W while putting out 470 lumens, so it stands in for an old 40W incandescent at a fraction of the running power. The light is a warm white 2700K with a wide 150 degree beam angle, giving a soft, even spread rather than a focused spot. The cap is E14, known as the Small Edison Screw or SES, which in the United States sits closest to the candelabra base, so check your fitting takes a screw-in E14 rather than a bayonet.

Which fitting does this bulb need?

It has an E14 cap, also called the Small Edison Screw or SES, which screws into the holder with a clockwise twist. This is the smaller screw fitting common on chandeliers, wall lights and smaller lamps. It is not a bayonet bulb, so make sure your fitting takes a screw-in E14.

What old bulb wattage does it replace?
