The DASTEN is a free-standing outdoor bollard light that stands 800mm tall on a path, drive or garden border. It takes a single G9 lamp drawing up to 11W and runs from a 220-240V AC supply, casting a low, downward wash of light around its base. As a post-style path light, it marks edges and zones at ground level rather than lighting a whole space from above, which keeps glare low for anyone walking past after dark.

Set this bollard along a driveway, a garden path or the edge of a planted border where you want a series of low light points to guide the route. Spaced in a run, several units mark out the line of a path clearly without flooding the area, so the coverage is best judged by how far apart you stand them rather than by a floor area. The IP44 rating suits sheltered and covered outdoor spots such as a porch surround or a planted bed under eaves, though it should be kept clear of fully exposed positions, direct water jets and standing water. At 70 × 70 mm across the post and just over a kilogram in weight, it sits neatly in a border without dominating it.

The body is aluminium alloy in an anthracite finish, which holds up well outdoors and blends into darker garden schemes.
