The fixture can be installed as a pendant chandelier with a 500-730mm adjustable drop, or as a semi-flush ceiling light with the minimum 500mm drop, making it adaptable to different ceiling heights and room configurations.

Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and wide entrance halls with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3m, the Dali provides general ambient lighting across a 4-5m space when fitted with six G9 LED bulbs totalling 24-36W. The curved arms create a symmetrical sculptural form that reads as decorative even when unlit, while the frosted glass diffuses the light to reduce glare from the G9 capsule bulbs. The telescopic rod adjusts during installation without requiring additional chain or cable cutting.

The polished chrome finish on the arms and central column creates bright reflections under daylight and adds a metallic accent to contemporary, mid-century and transitional interiors. At 4.3kg the chandelier requires a ceiling fixing capable of supporting at least 6kg, typically a joist-backed ceiling rose or a reinforced plasterboard anchor. The 700mm diameter suits rooms 4m square or larger — in smaller rooms the arms may feel oversized relative to the floor area.

Does it come with bulbs?

No. The Dali requires six G9 bulbs, sold separately. Most users fit 4-6W G9 LED bulbs in warm white (2700-3000K) for a combined output of 24-36W, which is sufficient for ambient lighting in a 4-5m room.

Can it be used as a semi-flush ceiling light?

Yes. The telescopic rod adjusts between 500mm and 730mm during installation. At the minimum 500mm drop the chandelier sits closer to the ceiling and functions as a semi-flush fitting, suitable for rooms with 2.4-2.6m ceiling heights.

Is it dimmable?

The fixture itself supports dimming, but you must fit dimmable G9 LED bulbs and pair them with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Not all G9 LEDs dim smoothly — check the bulb specification before purchasing.

What ceiling fixing is required?

The chandelier weighs 4.3kg and requires a ceiling fixing rated for at least 6kg. This typically means a ceiling rose screwed into a joist, or a heavy-duty plasterboard anchor if the rose cannot be positioned over a joist. Standard hollow plasterboard fixings are not sufficient.
