Description
The Cycle is a 220mm circular outdoor wall light with a hollow centre, combining a dark grey powder-coated aluminium frame with a walnut-finish inner edge and an integrated 10W LED. The LED sits behind the walnut section at the top of the ring, casting 800 lumens of 3000K light downwards and outwards through a 50° beam angle.
Designed for mounting on exterior walls next to entrance doors, along pathways, or flanking garage doors, the Cycle provides functional downlighting while acting as an architectural accent piece. The 48mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting compact, and the IP65 rating protects the LED and internal components from rain, dust and coastal salt spray. The 110-240V universal voltage input suits both UK and international installations.
The dark grey finish on the outer ring gives a neutral backdrop that pairs with grey renders, brick, timber cladding and painted facades, while the walnut inner edge adds warmth without requiring a second bulb or fitting. The 1.4kg weight sits between flimsy pressed-steel wall lights and heavy cast-metal alternatives, giving enough substance to feel solid on the wall without requiring reinforced fixings. The non-dimmable LED draws 10W continuously when switched on, equivalent to a traditional 60W incandescent in light output but at a fraction of the running cost.

Frequently Asked
What does the IP65 rating mean for outdoor use?
IP65 confirms the fitting is dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. It can be mounted on fully exposed exterior walls subject to rain, coastal conditions and UK weather without requiring additional shelter.
Is the LED replaceable?
No. The LED is integrated into the fitting and not user-replaceable. The LED is rated for approximately 25,000-30,000 hours of operation, which equates to around 10-12 years of typical evening-only use before noticeable light degradation.
Can it be dimmed?
No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimming. The fitting is either on at full 800 lumens or off.
How is it fitted to the wall?
The Cycle mounts via a rear base plate fixed to the wall with screws and plugs (supplied). Mains cable feeds through the base plate and connects to the LED driver inside the fitting. A qualified electrician should carry out the installation to Part P Building Regulations.
