This is a 43 x 43cm velvet cushion carrying a hand-painted design of bumble bees in flight among clover and other soft florals, set against a warm honey yellow ground. The bees are the thing you notice first, wings picked out in fine detail and drifting across the face of the cushion rather than sitting in a rigid repeat, which gives the print a loose, easy feel.
