Description

The Coniston is an 800mm diameter crystal chandelier built around a polished chrome sphere frame, with sixteen E14 bulb positions arranged radially across the surface. Hundreds of individual crystal strands are suspended in concentric tiers, each strand terminating in a faceted crystal bead that refracts light from the bulbs inside the sphere. The drop is adjustable between 1020mm and 2430mm on installation, allowing the chandelier to be positioned for ceiling heights from 2.7m to 4m or higher.

Designed for dining rooms, double-height entrance halls and living rooms with ceilings above 3m, the Coniston functions as both a primary light source and a decorative focal element. The sixteen bulbs (sold separately) are spaced evenly around the frame to provide all-round illumination rather than a directional beam, making the chandelier suited to central ceiling positions above dining tables or in open-plan layouts. The 46kg weight requires secure ceiling mounting into a joist or reinforced ceiling rose rated for the load.

The polished chrome finish on the frame gives a mirror-like reflection that amplifies the crystal's sparkle under daylight and artificial light.
