Description

Colors Globe G125 E27 Bulb is an E27 lamp in opal glass. A large round bulb in solid opal white, the glass evenly coated so nothing shows through it at all and the whole sphere reads as a smooth white ball. The light comes as an even glow across the whole body with no filament visible anywhere. A plain silver screw cap finishes the short neck, deeply ribbed and bright against the matt white. There is nothing printed on it. It is the largest of its form. It measures 12cm across.

It fits any E27 holder, so it goes straight into a fitting that already takes one, and it is the lamp rather than the fitting that sets how the light reads. Put it where it can be looked at: a bare holder on a flex, an open cage, a clear shade or a run of pendants over an island. Inside a closed shade none of the shape survives and a plain lamp would do the same work for less. Check the fitting it is going into takes the size: a decorative lamp is larger than a plain one and wants room round it, which is part of why it is worth seeing.

It has an E27 cap and fits any E27 holder. It is rated IP20, for dry indoor rooms. It carries an F energy label.
