Description

The Citronic Matrix Bar Pro is a 20 x 2 matrix light that packs in 200 high output SMD5050 3-in-1 RGB LEDs. These produce a wide range of colourful moving effects and washes, giving you plenty to work with whether you're lighting a small stage, a mobile disco or a fixed venue. Colour mixing is fully RGB, dimming runs linear from 0 to 100%, and the strobe covers 0 to 25 flashes per second.

You can run the bar from the digital control panel on the back using auto, sound activated or static programs, each with speed, strobe and sensitivity settings to suit the moment. For remote control it takes DMX in 3, 5, 17, 80 or 120 channel modes, plus Art-Net for pixel map setups and master/slave linking. DMX connects via 3-pin XLR (in/out) or RJ45, and the twist and lock power connections in and out let you daisy chain multiple units. Integrated connectors on the top and bottom surfaces also let you join bars horizontally to build a larger effect. Intelligent fan control and temperature protection keep it cool through longer sets.

Mounting is straightforward. The included tripod stand takes the bar vertically, adjusting from a minimum of 2.04m to a maximum of 2.85m, or you can fix it to trussing in any direction using the supplied quick release clamps (also called quick-lock clamps). The main unit measures 75mm x 110mm x 1100mm and weighs 3.9kg, so it stays portable for gigging. Power runs on 110-240Vac at 50/60Hz with a modest 52W consumption, meaning you can run several from a single circuit without trouble.
