Description

The Cintura Medium is a 1200mm horizontal oval suspension light built from a continuous ring of natural Spanish alabaster, supported by four brown leather straps that hang from a slim copper top bar. An integrated 60W LED runs inside the alabaster tube, lighting the entire 80mm section from within and turning the stone itself into the diffuser. The colour temperature is 3000K soft white.

The 1200 x 400mm oval footprint suits dining tables, kitchen islands, boardroom tables and reception desks of 1.6m or longer, where a horizontal light source is wanted in place of a row of pendants. The 1500mm cable length allows the bar to be set 700-800mm above a dining surface in rooms with 2.4m ceilings or higher, and the leather strap drop can be shortened on installation to suit lower spans.

The alabaster ring is cut in segments and joined to form a continuous 100mm-diameter stone tube, with veining and tonal variation visible across each section when the LED is lit. The copper top bar and tan leather straps give the fitting a warm, layered material palette rather than a single metallic finish, which sits comfortably alongside oak, walnut, leather upholstery and warm-painted walls. The straps are stitched and finished with small brass keepers where they meet the alabaster.
