Designed for installation on brick or stone columns typically 400-600mm wide, the Chicago Small provides path-marking and approach lighting without the height or projection of a full-size post lantern. The 235mm footprint sits comfortably on standard brick pillars and cast stone gate posts. The finial top, ribbed collar sections, and fluted pedestal base reference early 20th-century street lantern designs, pairing well with period properties, cottage gardens, and driveways lined with traditional brick or stone.

The aluminium body resists corrosion in coastal and damp climates better than mild steel equivalents. The lantern takes a standard E27 bulb up to 60W. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED filament bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K to match the turn-of-the-century design aesthetic. The seeded glass diffuses the light and hides the bulb from direct view.

Can it be used in exposed coastal locations?

Is the glass replaceable if broken?
