This is a golf ball LED bulb on a B22 bayonet cap, the push and twist fitting found on most British lamp holders. It gives 470 lumens at 2700K, a warm white close to the light an old filament bulb gave, and the pack rates it as a replacement for a 40W incandescent. The glass is frosted rather than clear, so the diodes inside read as an even glow rather than as bright points. Golf ball is simply the smaller round shape, narrower and shorter than a standard GLS bulb.
