Description

The Aurelian is a 1270mm linear LED chandelier built from twelve solid copper arms finished in satin nickel, arranged in three crossed layers that radiate from a central column. Each arm terminates in a cylindrical natural Spanish alabaster diffuser, and the integrated LED system runs at 40W on 230V mains with a warm 3000K colour temperature. Suspended from a domed satin nickel canopy on an adjustable cable, the fitting hangs at an overall height of 360mm plus up to 1000mm of drop.

The horizontal, elongated form suits dining tables, kitchen islands and rectangular hallways where a round chandelier would feel out of proportion. With a 1270mm length, the Aurelian works best above tables of 1.6m or longer and in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. The adjustable cable allows the drop to be set so the lowest alabaster tips sit roughly 750-850mm above a dining surface, clearing sightlines while keeping the light close to the table.

Each alabaster cylinder is cut from natural stone and shows its own pattern of veining and translucency, so the twelve diffusers vary subtly when lit. The polished satin nickel arms reflect the alabaster's warm glow and read as cool silver against the soft white light, giving the piece a dual character: architectural and linear from a distance, organic and tonal up close. The LED is integrated into the arms, keeping the silhouette clean with no visible bulb fittings.
