Atla 4 Light Crystal Floor Lamp - Polished Chrome

The Atla is a 1550mm crystal floor lamp built around a polished chrome column and circular base, with four G9 bulb fittings arranged inside a 350mm-diameter shade made from cascading tiers of precision-cut Asfour crystals. The crystal droplets hang in concentric rings from a chrome frame, creating a chandelier-style head on a floor-standing base. Light from the four G9 bulbs refracts through the cut facets of the crystals, scattering prismatic reflections across walls and ceilings.

Designed for living rooms, formal dining spaces and entrance halls where both ambient light and decorative presence are needed, the Atla works as an alternative to a table lamp where floor space allows and a side table does not. The 1550mm height places the crystal shade at approximately eye level when standing, making it suitable for corners and alcoves where the lamp is viewed from a distance rather than close proximity. The polished chrome base and stem provide a weighted 10.5kg footprint that prevents tipping on carpets and hard floors.

The Asfour crystals used in the Atla are precision-cut lead crystal, chosen for their refractive clarity and the depth of sparkle they produce under direct light. Each tier of crystals is hand-assembled onto the chrome frame, so minor variation in droplet positioning occurs between individual lamps. The four G9 fittings accept halogen capsule bulbs up to 33W each (sold separately) — the lamp is not compatible with LED or CFL G9 bulbs due to the fitting design. When paired with dimmable G9 halogen bulbs and a compatible floor dimmer, the lamp can shift from full brightness to a softer ambient glow.

How are the crystals cleaned?

Switch off and unplug the lamp before cleaning. Wipe each crystal droplet individually with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn marks, use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, then dry immediately. Avoid soaking the crystals or using household sprays.

What room size does it suit?

The 350mm crystal shade and 1550mm height suit medium to large rooms with floor space for a corner or alcove placement. The lamp works in living rooms, dining rooms and entrance halls where the floor area allows a 400-500mm clearance around the base.
