Description

The Armonia Vertical is a semi-flush ceiling light built around a tall white acrylic diffuser that extends 500mm down from a polished chrome circular canopy. The diffuser houses an integrated 40W LED running the length of the vertical column, producing 3000lm of warm 3000K light that spreads through the acrylic in a continuous linear glow. The polished chrome frame traces the vertical outline with minimal metal structure, acting as both support and reflective accent.

Designed for hallways, stairwells and double-height spaces with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Armonia Vertical provides high-output ambient light in a compact footprint. The 310mm width and 540mm length mean it suits narrow or oblong ceiling zones without overwhelming smaller hallways. The 120-degree beam angle distributes light laterally as well as downward, reducing harsh shadows in corridors and entrance areas. The semi-flush canopy sits close to the ceiling, requiring minimal drop height while the 500mm vertical extension gives visual presence without the installation complexity of a full pendant.

The white acrylic diffuser softens the LED output and hides the internal components, so the fixture presents as a clean luminous column rather than a visible light source. The polished chrome finish on the mounting plate and frame provides a reflective contrast that pairs well with contemporary, minimalist and Art Deco-influenced interiors. At 1.9kg the fitting is light enough for standard plasterboard ceiling installations with appropriate fixings. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and rated at 40W on 100-250V mains, giving consistent output without the need for external drivers or bulb replacements.

Is the Armonia Vertical dimmable?

No. The integrated 40W LED operates at full output only and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 500mm drop works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. In standard 2.4m ceiling rooms the lower end of the fitting will sit approximately 1.9m from the floor, which may feel low in high-traffic areas.

Can it be installed on a sloped ceiling?

The circular canopy is designed for horizontal ceiling mounting. Installation on a sloped or angled ceiling would require a custom mounting bracket not supplied with the fitting.

How is the acrylic diffuser cleaned?

Switch off at the mains and allow the LED to cool. Wipe the white acrylic with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, then dry immediately. Avoid household sprays or chemical cleaners which can cloud the acrylic.
