Armonia Spiral Dimmable LED Semi-Flush Ceiling Light 60W 3000K - Dark Silver

The Armonia Spiral is a 780mm wide semi-flush ceiling light built around a continuous acrylic ribbon that loops in a flowing spiral pattern from a dark silver circular canopy. An integrated 60W LED array runs through the full length of the spiral, producing 4500 lumens of 3000K warm white light distributed evenly across the curved form through the white acrylic diffuser.

Designed for spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above where a semi-flush fitting provides both ambient and sculptural lighting, the Armonia suits living rooms, dining areas, and entrance halls up to approximately 20-25m². The 660mm drop from ceiling to lowest point of the spiral means it sits well in rooms where a full pendant would hang too low but a flush fitting would lack presence. The spiral pattern creates visual interest when viewed from multiple angles — from directly below it forms overlapping loops, from the side it appears as a flowing ribbon.

The dark silver finish on the metal canopy and structural elements contrasts with the illuminated white acrylic, giving the fitting a contemporary architectural character without high-gloss reflections. The 60W LED output is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer (sold separately), allowing the light level to be adjusted from full 4500lm output down to a lower ambient setting for evening use. The 120° beam angle spreads light broadly across the ceiling and down into the room rather than creating a focused pool.

The Armonia is part of Mantra's Spanish-designed collection and carries a 3-year manufacturer warranty. At 2.6kg the fitting requires secure fixing to a ceiling joist or suitable ceiling anchor — the canopy diameter and weight distribution mean it cannot be hung from a standard hollow plasterboard ceiling without reinforcement.

Is the Armonia dimmable?

Yes. The integrated 60W LED is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer switch. The dimmer is sold separately — standard rotary or slide dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs may cause flickering or buzzing with LED fittings, so choose one rated specifically for LED loads.

What room size does it suit?

With 4500 lumens output and a 120° beam angle, the Armonia provides sufficient ambient light for rooms up to approximately 20-25m² (around 4.5m x 5m). Larger spaces may benefit from pairing it with additional task lighting or wall lights.

What ceiling height is needed?

The fitting drops 660mm from the ceiling to the lowest point of the spiral. In a room with a 2.4m ceiling height, the bottom of the spiral sits at approximately 1.74m from the floor, which is clear of head height for most domestic use. Higher ceilings allow the sculptural form to be appreciated more fully.

Can it be fitted to a plasterboard ceiling?

The 2.6kg weight requires secure fixing. If the ceiling is hollow plasterboard, the canopy must be fixed either directly to a ceiling joist or using suitable cavity fixings rated for the load. Standard plasterboard without reinforcement will not safely support the fitting.
