The Area 7 is a 1190mm flush ceiling light built from seven interconnected polygonal modules arranged in a dynamic cluster formation, finished in sand white. Each module houses a single GX53 lamp socket (bulbs sold separately), with the light diffusing through recessed centres in each polygon. The modules vary in size and are set at different angles to create a sculptural ceiling feature that sits just 40mm proud of the ceiling surface.

Designed for rooms with standard or low ceiling heights where a pendant would hang too low, the Area 7 works in open-plan living areas, hallways, bedrooms and dining spaces where a decorative ceiling feature is needed without reducing headroom. The 1190mm length suits ceiling widths of 3-5m without overwhelming the space. The seven-module configuration provides broad, even illumination across the ceiling plane, with the polygonal geometry casting subtle bevels and shadows that give the fitting dimensional interest.

The sand white finish is a warm, matte off-white with a slight tonal depth that softens harsh ceiling-to-wall transitions and pairs well with neutral, Scandinavian and warm-toned contemporary interiors. The flush-mount installation fits standard UK ceiling roses and joist fixing points, with the base plate concealed behind the modular front structure. At 3kg the fitting requires secure ceiling fixing but does not need additional support beyond a properly installed base plate.

Dimming requires dimmable GX53 bulbs and a compatible dimmer circuit. The GX53 socket accepts twist-and-lock disc-style bulbs commonly used in kitchen and bathroom downlights, available in warm white, neutral white and daylight colour temperatures.
