Amora 8 Light Crystal Chandelier 72cm - Polished Chrome

The Amora is a 72cm-diameter crystal chandelier built around eight curved arms extending from a central polished chrome column, each arm holding an E14 candle bulb fitting and a clear crystal sconce. Faceted crystal droplets hang from chains beneath the arms and from the canopy, creating a cascading waterfall effect that catches and refracts light across the fixture.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Amora's adjustable drop ranges from 500mm to 1600mm, allowing the chandelier to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining table or 2m+ above floor level in a hallway. The 72cm spread suits rooms 4-5m wide without overwhelming smaller spaces. The polished chrome frame reflects light from the crystal and amplifies the fixture's presence when lit.

Each of the eight arms curves outward in a symmetrical formation, with the crystal droplets arranged in tiers that follow the arm geometry. The chrome finish gives a mirror-like reflection that pairs with both warm and cool interior palettes, while the clear crystal droplets throw prismatic light patterns onto surrounding walls when the bulbs are on. The chandelier accepts any E14 bulb up to 60W per fitting (bulbs sold separately), and the fixture is dimmable when paired with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. At 7kg installed weight, the chandelier requires a ceiling fixing rated for the combined load of the fixture and chain.

What bulbs does the Amora take?

The chandelier takes eight E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, maximum 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for a traditional chandelier glow.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. The fixture itself does not include dimming electronics, so both the bulbs and the wall dimmer must be rated for LED or the specific bulb type in use.

What ceiling height is needed?

The adjustable drop ranges from 500mm to 1600mm. For a dining table the chandelier typically hangs 700-900mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. Lower ceilings can accommodate the fixture by shortening the chain to the 500mm minimum drop.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power at the mains before cleaning. Wipe each crystal droplet with a dry microfibre cloth. For more thorough cleaning, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal fittings and dry the crystal immediately after wiping to prevent water marks.
