Description

The Alexandra is a 95cm diameter crystal chandelier with seven cascading tiers, each carrying multiple E14 bulb fittings for a total of 63 lights. A gold-finished metal frame supports hundreds of individual cut crystal drops arranged in spiralling rows, creating a continuous vertical column of light from a 3.34m minimum drop down to 6.29m maximum. The chain suspension is adjustable on installation, allowing the chandelier to be set at the appropriate height for double-height entrance halls, stairwells, or vaulted ceilings.

Designed as a centrepiece for large residential and hospitality spaces, the Alexandra requires ceiling heights of 4.5m or more to accommodate the minimum 3.34m drop plus clearance. The 63-bulb configuration delivers substantial light output — with 20W LED bulbs fitted across all sockets, total output would reach approximately 1,260W equivalent, suitable for illuminating a 30-40m² floor area below the fitting. The seven-tier spiral construction distributes light evenly across the full height of the chandelier, rather than concentrating it at a single level.

Each crystal drop is individually wired onto the gold frame, and the frame itself is engineered to carry the 66.4kg combined weight of the metal structure, chain, and crystal. The gold finish is a warm metallic tone that softens reflections and pairs well with classical, art deco, and warm contemporary interiors. The chandelier accepts any standard E14 candle bulb up to 20W per socket (bulbs sold separately), and is dimmable when used with compatible dimmable LED or halogen bulbs and a suitable dimmer switch.
