Description

The Aire is a 707mm LED semi-flush ceiling light built around six curved silver arms that sweep outward from a central polished chrome canopy. Each arm contains an integrated LED strip behind a frosted white diffuser, creating continuous ribbons of 3000K warm white light that arc across the ceiling. The combined 42W LED output delivers 3700 lumens across a 120° beam angle, providing ambient light coverage for rooms up to 20-25m².

Designed for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Aire suits spaces where a low-profile fitting is needed but a completely flush design feels too minimal. The 216mm drop from ceiling to the lowest point of the arms sits closer to the ceiling than a traditional pendant but gives more visual presence than a standard flush mount. The curved arm arrangement avoids a flat disc appearance and creates layered depth when viewed from different angles within the room.

The silver finish on the top surface of each arm contrasts with the frosted white diffusers beneath, defining the curvature of the structure when the light is off and softening the light distribution when on. The polished chrome canopy and accent details give the fitting a modern aesthetic that pairs with contemporary, Scandi and transitional interiors. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and operates on 100-240V mains, making it compatible with UK and European installations without transformer requirements.

Is the Aire dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at a fixed 42W output and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The 3700lm output is designed for full ambient lighting rather than adjustable mood lighting.

What room size does it suit?

The 3700lm output and 120° beam angle cover rooms up to 20-25m² effectively. For larger open-plan spaces, two Aire fittings positioned at opposing ends of the room provide better light distribution than a single central fitting.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 216mm drop works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In lower-ceiling spaces the curved arms may feel too close to head height when standing directly beneath the fitting.

Can the arms be adjusted or removed?

No. The arms are fixed in their curved configuration and cannot be adjusted, removed or repositioned. The six-arm layout is permanent to the design.
