Four G9 capsules sit within it and wash the surface below evenly rather than dropping one hot pool. The tone is cool white at 4000K, crisp and clean against fresh paint. A toggle switch on the body lets you work it by hand, and it will dim when wired through a compatible dimmer, which is bought separately. The lines are plain, with no ornament to date it.

Are lamps supplied with it?

Yes. It arrives with four G9 LED capsules fitted, giving 16W in total at 4000K cool white. If you replace them later, stay within 33W per lamp.

Can I put it on a dimmer?

Yes, it is dimmable, but you will need a dimmer suited to LED loads and it is not included. There is also a toggle switch on the fitting for switching it on and off by hand.

How much room does it need?

It measures 600mm wide by 125mm high, and stands 220mm out from the wall, so allow clearance for that projection above a frame or a shelf.

What size picture does it suit?

The 600mm width is best over frames of roughly that span or wider, so that the wash of light covers the whole image. For smaller pictures, the 35cm version in the range is the better match.

How should I clean it?

Dust it with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid solvents, creams and abrasive pads, which will dull the satin nickel over time.

Is it suitable for a bathroom?

No. It is rated IP20 for dry interior rooms only, so keep it to living spaces, hallways, studies and bedrooms.
