Description
The Knightsbridge 7W LED striplight is a 395mm under-cabinet fitting with an integrated LED producing 570 lumens at 4000K cool white through an opal polycarbonate diffuser. The fitting includes a 2m power cable, a linkable coupler, mounting clips and an integrated on/off switch on the housing itself, so no separate wall switch is required.
Designed for kitchen worktops, utility room shelving, wardrobes and workshop benches, the striplight mounts horizontally or vertically using the supplied clips. Up to 12 units can be linked together end-to-end using the couplers provided with each fitting, creating continuous runs of up to 4.74m without additional wiring between units. The 4000K colour temperature produces crisp, neutral-white light that aids visibility for food prep, reading labels and close work.
The polycarbonate housing measures 395mm long, 22.8mm wide and 36mm in projection from the mounting surface. The opal diffuser covers the LED strip to eliminate visible hotspots and provides a 130° beam angle, distributing light evenly across the worktop below. The fitting carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use, Class II double-insulated construction and a 3-year warranty. The integrated switch sits on the side of the housing for quick on/off control without reaching for a wall switch.

Frequently Asked
How many striplights can be linked together?
Up to 12 units can be linked end-to-end using the couplers provided with each fitting. This creates a continuous run of up to 4.74m without needing additional wiring between individual striplights. Each unit connects to mains power via the 2m cable on the first fitting in the chain.
Is this striplight dimmable?
No. The integrated LED operates at full brightness only and is not compatible with dimmer switches or controls.
Can it be mounted vertically?
Yes. The fitting can be mounted horizontally under cabinets or vertically on cabinet sides, door frames or workshop uprights using the supplied mounting clips.
What does the integrated switch do?
The switch on the side of the housing turns the striplight on and off without needing a separate wall switch. This is useful for under-cabinet installations where wiring a wall switch would be impractical.
