Description

The Knightsbridge 4-head ceiling spotlight plate mounts four independently adjustable GU10 lamp holders on a circular brushed chrome base. Each cylindrical head rotates through 350° and tilts 90° from vertical, allowing light to be directed across a room, onto specific zones, or angled down onto worktops and surfaces. The 54mm base plate conceals the ceiling mounting and the 125mm projection gives clearance for full articulation without the heads striking the ceiling.

Designed for kitchens, hallways, home offices and retail spaces where multiple directed light sources replace a single central ceiling fitting, the quad plate allows four separate zones to be lit from one electrical point. Each head takes a GU10 bulb up to 50W (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose between halogen, LED or dimmable LED depending on required brightness and colour temperature. The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor locations only.

The brushed chrome finish provides a satin-effect metallic surface that softens reflections under daylight and pairs with both contemporary and industrial interiors. The pressed steel construction gives structural rigidity to hold each head in position once angled, without drift under the weight of the bulb. Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs fitted — most modern GU10 LED bulbs are dimmable when paired with an LED-compatible dimmer switch.

What bulbs does it take?

The fitting takes four GU10 bulbs up to 50W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with GU10 LED bulbs between 4-6W and 3000K-4000K for kitchen or office lighting.

Can each head be angled independently?

Yes. Each of the four heads rotates through 350° and tilts 90° from vertical, allowing them to be directed at different zones, surfaces or walls independently of one another.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the GU10 bulbs fitted. Most modern GU10 LED bulbs marked as dimmable will work with an LED-compatible dimmer switch. Halogen GU10 bulbs are typically dimmable with standard trailing-edge dimmers.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating restricts the fitting to dry indoor locations only. For bathroom use, look for ceiling spotlights rated IP44 or higher.
