Description

The Knightsbridge CU4DIM is a 4-gang dimmer plate supplied unpopulated with four matching dimmer caps and screw cap covers. The plate is moulded from white thermoset resin with a gently contoured 7mm profile and rounded edges, designed to accept Knightsbridge dimmer modules or compatible third-party dimmer modules for a modular installation approach.

Designed for residential and hospitality settings where multiple dimmer controls are needed on a single faceplate, the unpopulated format allows electricians to specify and fit the exact dimmer modules required for the lighting circuits in question. The plate measures 146mm wide by 86mm tall, fitting standard UK double-gang back boxes when populated. The rounded edge profile softens the wall junction and the white finish integrates cleanly with standard white wall colours.

The thermoset resin construction includes built-in anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011, reducing bacterial surface growth in high-touch environments such as care homes, hospitals, hotels and family bathrooms.
