Description

The Knightsbridge LEDGL3W is a 3W LED recessed ground light with a 92mm diameter 304 stainless steel bezel surrounding a clear lens, integrated 3000K warm white LED, and an aluminium body rated to IP65. The fitting sits flush with the ground surface once installed, projecting just 3mm above the surrounding paving or decking, while the recessed housing extends 94mm below ground level.

Designed for driveways, pathways, patios and decking, the ground light is rated for vehicle loading up to 800kg at 5mph, making it suitable for domestic driveways where cars pass slowly over the bezel. The IP65 rating protects against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets from any direction, so the fitting can be hosed down during patio cleaning or exposed to heavy rain without damage. The integrated LED produces 270lm through a 45-degree beam angle, providing enough light to mark a pathway edge or driveway border without creating glare.

The 304 stainless steel bezel resists corrosion in outdoor conditions and maintains its brushed finish over years of exposure to weather and ground moisture. The fitting requires a 78mm diameter cut-out for installation and ships with a 2m outdoor-rated flex cable for connection to a suitable outdoor driver or junction box. The LED is non-dimmable and has an L70B50 rated life of 50,000 hours at 3000K, giving around 15 years of operation at typical evening pathway lighting durations.
