Description

The Knightsbridge 3-gang dimmer plate is an unpopulated white square edge faceplate designed to accept aftermarket dimmer modules or Knightsbridge's own modular dimmers. The plate measures 146mm wide by 86mm high with a 9mm projection from the wall, constructed from white thermoset resin with anti-microbial properties tested to ISO 22196:2011.

Designed for residential and commercial installations where a customised dimming solution is needed, the plate accepts three standard dimmer modules, allowing installers to mix leading-edge, trailing-edge, or rotary dimmer mechanisms depending on the specific lighting load. The matching white dimmer caps clip onto the installed modules, and screw cap covers conceal the fixing screws for a clean finish.

The thermoset resin construction resists impact and wear better than standard thermoplastic faceplates, making it suitable for high-traffic areas including care homes, hospitals, schools and hospitality environments where the anti-microbial coating reduces bacterial colonisation on the surface. The 25-year warranty reflects the durability of the material and construction.
