Description

The Profile K W 2M is a 2m surface-mounted aluminium channel for housing an LED strip, supplied as a 10 pack for longer or repeated runs. Decoded as channel profile K, it is a low-profile extrusion measuring 2000 × 21.3 × 6.6 mm in a white finish, made from aluminium alloy. An LED strip seats inside the channel behind a diffuser, which softens the line of light and hides the individual diodes; the profile itself is passive and carries no electrics.

The slim 6.6 mm depth suits under-cabinet, shelf, skirting and cove runs where a tidy, recessed-look line is needed on a flat surface. The aluminium body also draws heat away from the strip, helping it run cooler over long lengths. The channel can be cut to length to fit the space. We also stock matching diffuser covers, end caps and the LED strip that fits inside this profile.

This is a surface-mounted profile that fixes directly onto a flat surface such as a cabinet underside, shelf or wall. Its low 6.6 mm depth gives a neat, near-flush appearance.

Can the profile be cut to length?

Yes, the 2m aluminium channel can be cut down with a fine-tooth saw to fit your run. Each pack contains 10 lengths, so several sections can be combined or trimmed as needed.

Is a diffuser included?

An LED strip sits inside the channel behind a diffuser, which spreads the light evenly. We stock matching diffuser covers and end caps separately to complete the assembly.
