Description

The Knightsbridge LFC24Y is a 24V DC yellow LED strip light supplied on a 50m reel, running at 4.8W per metre with 60 x 2835 SMD LEDs per metre. The strip measures 8mm wide by 2.1mm thick and carries an IP20 rating for internal use only. Each LED module emits yellow light at 105 lumens per metre, producing an overall efficacy of 24.9 lm/W.

Designed for accent lighting, cove lighting, under-cabinet runs and decorative installations where yellow colour is specified, the strip can be cut every 100mm at marked sections to fit exact run lengths. Maximum continuous run length is 20m before voltage drop becomes noticeable. The strip comes with 3M self-adhesive backing for mounting on clean, dry surfaces and requires a separate 24V constant voltage LED driver (sold separately).

The yellow LED output suits theatrical, hospitality and retail applications where warm accent colour is needed without mixing RGB channels. The strip is dimmable when paired with a compatible 24V dimming driver or PWM controller. The 50m reel format allows large installations to be completed from a single supply, reducing join points and simplifying cable runs. Knightsbridge also offers this strip through a cutting service (Flex Cut), allowing custom lengths to be supplied cut to size.

Can the strip be cut to length?

Yes. The strip can be cut every 100mm at marked sections. Knightsbridge also offers a Flex Cut service where custom lengths are supplied pre-cut to your specification.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when paired with a compatible 24V dimming driver or PWM controller. The strip itself has no onboard dimming — dimming control happens at the driver.

What's the maximum continuous run length?

20m is the maximum recommended continuous run before voltage drop affects brightness and colour consistency at the far end. Longer installations should be powered from both ends or split into multiple shorter runs.
