Description
This Knightsbridge 24V CCT LED strip light delivers adjustable colour temperature from warm 2700K through neutral 4000K to cool 6000K across a 1m length of flexible 10mm-wide tape. The strip carries 120 surface-mount 2016 LEDs per metre, producing 490 lumens at 11W when running at full brightness across the entire colour temperature range. The strip requires a separate 24V constant voltage driver and appropriate CCT control gear to switch between colour temperatures.
Designed for indirect lighting in residential and commercial interiors, the strip fits into aluminium profiles, behind coving, under kitchen cabinets, in recessed ceiling details and along shelving where concealed light sources create ambient or accent lighting without visible fittings. The IP20 rating confines the strip to dry indoor environments — bathrooms, wetrooms and outdoor applications require IP65 or IP67 alternatives. The strip can be cut to length at 100mm intervals, allowing precise fitting to alcoves, runs and joinery without waste.
The 10mm width and 1mm thickness make the strip one of the slimmest in Knightsbridge's range, fitting profiles as narrow as 12mm internal width. The rear carries 3M self-adhesive tape for direct fixing to clean, dry surfaces, though mechanical fixing or additional adhesive is recommended for vertical runs and overhead mounting. Maximum continuous run length is 10m before voltage drop affects brightness — longer runs require power injection at intervals or separate driver zones. The CRI of over 90 provides accurate colour rendering for task lighting and display applications.
The CCT function allows a single strip installation to serve multiple lighting moods depending on time of day or activity: warm 2700K for evening relaxation, neutral 4000K for general tasks, cool 6000K for concentration work. Dimming capability depends on the driver and controller used — pairing with a compatible dimmable driver and CCT controller gives full control over both brightness and colour temperature from a single control point.

Product Specification Sheet
Frequently Asked
What driver and controller do I need?
The strip requires a separate 24V constant voltage LED driver sized to match the total wattage of the run (11W per metre). To control the colour temperature switching between 2700K, 4000K and 6000K, you also need a compatible CCT controller. Knightsbridge sells both items separately — see the specification sheet or contact us for pairing recommendations.
Can the strip be cut to a specific length?
Yes. The strip has cut marks every 100mm along its length. Cutting at these intervals maintains circuit integrity and allows the strip to be fitted precisely to alcoves, shelving and cabinet runs without waste.
What is the maximum run length before I need to add power injection?
The maximum continuous run is 10m. Beyond that length, voltage drop causes the far end of the strip to dim noticeably. Longer installations require power injection at intervals or separate driver zones to maintain even brightness.
Is this strip waterproof or suitable for bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means the strip is for dry indoor use only. For bathrooms, wetrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any outdoor application, choose an IP65 or IP67 rated alternative from the Knightsbridge range.
