Description
The Knightsbridge LFC24B is a 24V blue LED strip light supplied on a 50m reel, with 60 x 2835 SMD LEDs per metre delivering 95 lumens per metre at 4.8W consumption. The 8mm-wide flexible strip carries a self-adhesive 3M backing for direct mounting to clean, dry surfaces and can be cut every 100mm to fit the required run length.
Designed for indoor accent lighting applications where blue illumination is needed, the strip suits under-cabinet lighting in kitchens, cove lighting in media rooms, bar counter highlights, retail display shelving, and decorative installations where colour is part of the design scheme. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry internal environments only. Maximum continuous run length is 20m before voltage drop affects brightness, so runs longer than 20m require power injection at intervals or splitting into separate circuits.
The strip requires a separate 24V constant voltage LED driver (sold separately) sized to match the total wattage of the installed length. For a full 50m reel that's 240W, though most installations use shorter cut sections. Dimming capability depends on the driver and control gear used — the strip itself is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimming driver and controller. The 2.1mm profile sits flat against mounting surfaces and the Class III rating means the low-voltage circuit is inherently safer than mains-voltage alternatives.
Niori offers a Flex Cut service for this product, allowing customers to order specific cut lengths rather than purchasing the full 50m reel. The blue colour sits at approximately 465-470nm wavelength, producing a vivid saturated blue rather than a daylight or cool-white tone.

Frequently Asked
What driver do I need for this LED strip?
The strip requires a 24V constant voltage LED driver. Calculate total wattage by multiplying the installed length in metres by 4.8W. For example, a 10m run needs a 48W driver minimum, though a 60W driver allows headroom. The driver must be rated for the total connected load.
Can I cut the strip to a specific length?
Yes. The strip has cut marks every 100mm where it can be safely divided without damaging the circuit. Niori also offers a Flex Cut service where specific lengths can be ordered pre-cut from the reel.
Is it dimmable?
Dimming depends on the driver and control system used. The strip itself is compatible with dimming when paired with a dimmable 24V driver and an appropriate dimmer controller. PWM and 0-10V control methods both work depending on driver specification.
Why is the maximum run 20m when the reel is 50m?
Voltage drop occurs over long cable runs, causing LEDs at the far end to dim. Beyond 20m the voltage drop becomes visible as uneven brightness. Longer installations require power injection at intervals or splitting into multiple parallel runs, each fed from the driver separately.
