Description

Decoded from the article code PROFILO J 1M, this is a 1m surface-mount LED profile in the type J channel format, supplied as a 10 pack. The body is aluminium alloy with an anodised finish, measuring 1000 x 14.4 x 6.6 mm, giving a low, slim line suited to under-cabinet runs, shelf edges and shallow trim detail. An LED strip seats inside the channel behind a diffuser, so the profile itself does not light up; it holds, protects and aligns the strip while spreading its output for an even line.

The shallow 6.6 mm depth fits most standard single-colour and tunable strips up to roughly the channel width, with the strip cut to length and fixed inside before the diffuser clips over. Ten 1m lengths in the pack make it straightforward to cover several runs or join sections for a longer installation. We also stock matching diffusers, end caps and the LED strip that fits inside this channel.
