Description

This is a 13W recessed downlight with its LED module built in, so there is no separate lamp to buy or replace. A frosted diffuser sits across the full face of the trim, spreading 1,300 lumens evenly rather than letting you look straight at the diodes, which is what keeps a downlight comfortable under a low ceiling. It is a tri-white fitting: a selector on the body lets you pick one of three white settings before the unit goes up, so the same fitting can be set warm in a bedroom and cooler over a worktop. The body and trim are white and the fitting is rated IP54.

IP54 means protection against dust and against water splashed from any direction, and the manufacturer rates this fitting for bathroom zones 2 and 3.
