The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a matt black faceplate with rounded edges and matching black rockers. The single-pole switching isolates the live line when the socket is turned off, while the dual USB ports share a 5V 4.0A output for charging smartphones, tablets and other portable devices.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depending on wiring configuration. The rounded edge design incorporates a built-in gasket that sits between the faceplate and the wall, creating a clean transition and reducing the visual gap typical of standard flat-edge plates. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet.

The matt black finish is constructed from premium-grade steel and provides a contemporary accent that pairs well with dark-toned interiors, industrial schemes and modern minimalist spaces. The black insert behind the faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and gives a defined edge to each outlet aperture. The USB-C port supports modern fast-charge protocols, while the USB-A retains compatibility with older cables and devices.
