The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a brushed chrome square edge faceplate with a black insert. The single-pole switching isolates the live line when the socket is switched off, with both USB ports drawing power independently of the switched outlets.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on cable arrangement and uses a square edge metal faceplate with a built-in gasket for a tight seal against the wall. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet. The dual USB ports share a 5V DC 4.0A output, providing up to 20W total across both ports combined.

The brushed chrome finish is a mid-tone satin metal that resists fingerprints better than polished chrome and pairs cleanly with stainless steel appliances, modern kitchens and cooler-toned interiors. The black insert behind the chrome faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and gives a defined edge to each outlet aperture.
