Description

This Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a brushed chrome rounded edge faceplate with a black insert. The single-pole switching isolates the live line when the socket is switched off, suitable for standard appliances where dual-pole isolation is not required.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation, the socket fits a standard back box with 25-35mm depth depending on wiring conditions and uses a metal faceplate with integral rockers that match the brushed chrome finish. The rounded edge design includes a built-in gasket that sits flush against the wall, concealing the mounting box edge for a cleaner fitted appearance than flat-edge plates.

The brushed chrome finish provides a neutral metallic tone that suits modern, industrial and transitional interiors. The black insert behind the chrome faceplate gives contrast to each outlet aperture and switch rocker. The dual USB ports share a combined 5V DC 4.0A output, allowing simultaneous charging of two devices at standard USB charging speeds.
