The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang DP switched socket provides two double-pole switched outlets with twin earth terminals behind a brushed chrome square-edge faceplate with black insert. The dual-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, giving additional safety over single-pole switching for high-draw appliances. The twin earth terminals support high-integrity earthing installations where an additional earth connection is specified.
