Description

The Knightsbridge 10AX 2-way pull cord switch provides ceiling-mounted control for lighting circuits in bathrooms, utility rooms and other spaces where wall switches are impractical or fail to meet wiring regulations. The switch houses a 10AX 2-way mechanism inside a 74mm diameter polished chrome dome, with a 1.5m white cord terminating in a matching chrome pull tip.

Designed for installation in zones where standard wall switches cannot be used, the pull cord sits beyond reach of shower spray and bath water while remaining accessible from standing height. The 2-way switching allows the same light to be controlled from two locations, typically pairing this ceiling switch with a wall switch outside the bathroom door. The IP20 rating confirms protection against fingers and solid objects over 12.5mm, which is the minimum standard for dry indoor locations.

The polished chrome dome provides a high-gloss reflective finish that pairs with chrome taps, towel rails and other bathroom fittings.
