Zareon LED Large Stepped Alabaster Chandelier - Brushed Brass & Soft White

The Zareon is a 1500mm articulated pendant light built from three 100mm-diameter tubes of natural Spanish alabaster, joined by brushed brass cuffs that bend the form into a low zig-zag profile. An integrated 42W LED runs the length of the alabaster sections, casting warm 3000K light through the stone so the tubes themselves act as the diffuser. The fitting hangs on two minimal black cables from a pair of cylindrical brushed brass canopies.

Designed for long surfaces such as kitchen islands, dining tables of 1.6m or more, reception desks and corridor runs, the Zareon spans a length that single pendants cannot cover without clustering. The twin-drop suspension distributes the weight across two ceiling fixings, and the cable length of 1500mm allows the light to be set 700-900mm above a worktop in rooms with ceilings of 2.6m or higher. The articulated geometry pushes light along the long axis of the room rather than down in a single point.

Each alabaster tube is cut from a different section of stone, so the veining, cloud-like banding and translucency vary across the three segments and between individual fittings. The solid copper internal structure carries the LED and supports the weight of the stone, while the brushed brass cuffs and canopies give the metalwork a warm, low-sheen finish that pairs with both pale and dark cabinetry. The 100mm tube diameter keeps the visual mass restrained despite the 1.5m length.

What size island or table does the Zareon suit?

At 1500mm long, the Zareon is sized for kitchen islands and dining tables of around 1.8m to 2.4m. It works best where the overall surface is at least 300mm longer than the fitting on each side, keeping the visual proportion balanced.

Is the LED dimmable?

The integrated 42W LED runs on 230V mains. Dimmer compatibility depends on the driver and the specific dimmer model, so please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

How is it installed and how does the weight distribute?

The Zareon hangs from two separate brushed brass canopies, each with its own cable drop. The two ceiling fixings need to be aligned with the spacing between the suspension points on the fitting, and the load is shared across both, so a single heavy-duty fixing is not required at one point.

Will the alabaster tubes match each other exactly?

No. Each tube is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining, banding and tonal variation differ between the three segments on a single fitting and between individual fittings. This is a feature of the natural stone rather than a defect.
