Description

The Zareon Large is a 1500mm articulated linear pendant light formed from a single bent tube of natural Spanish alabaster, held by two brushed brass collars and hung from twin cables. The 100mm-diameter alabaster section bends through a soft angle along its length, with an integrated 42W 3000K LED concealed inside the stone so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser.

Designed for long sightlines above kitchen islands, dining tables, reception desks and gallery counters, the Zareon spans wider runs than a typical pendant cluster while keeping a single continuous form. The twin cable suspension allows the bar to be levelled or angled depending on ceiling fixings, and the 1500mm cable drop is adjustable on installation to set the bar 700-900mm above a worktop or table. Each brushed brass collar conceals the cable termination and the internal LED driver feed.

Because the alabaster is cut and bent from natural Spanish stone, every Zareon shows different mineral veining, tonal banding and translucency along its length. The soft white background and grey-cream marbling become more pronounced once the LED is lit, with warm light revealing layers that are barely visible when the fixture is off. The brushed brass collars provide a warm metallic contrast against the cooler stone and pair comfortably with oak, walnut, marble worktops and warm neutral palettes.

What size space does the Zareon suit?

The 1500mm length suits kitchen islands and dining tables of 1.6m or longer, where the bar can sit centrally with visual breathing room at each end. It also works above long reception desks, bar counters and gallery display runs. For shorter islands, see the smaller Zareon configurations in the same range.

Is the alabaster bar a single piece?

Yes. The articulated form is cut and shaped from natural Spanish alabaster as a continuous tube, then held by two brushed brass collars at the suspension points. The angle is part of the stone form rather than a hinged joint, which is why the veining flows uninterrupted along the length.

Is the LED replaceable?

The 42W 3000K LED is integrated inside the alabaster tube and is not designed for end-user replacement. Integrated LEDs of this type typically have a long rated life. For service or replacement after the 2-year warranty period, contact us for guidance.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
