This Knightsbridge switch rocker is a replacement cover for modular grid switches, marked 'OVEN' in raised lettering on a black nickel finish. The rocker clips onto the underlying switch mechanism, replacing the original blank cover to provide clear labelling for kitchen appliance circuits.

Designed for use in kitchens where multiple appliances are controlled from a single bank of grid switches, the marked rocker helps identify which switch controls which appliance at a glance. The rocker removes the need for separate printed labels or handwritten markings that can fade or peel over time. It fits Knightsbridge's modular grid switch systems, clipping directly onto the existing switch mechanism without tools or rewiring.

The black nickel finish is a dark gunmetal tone with a subtle satin sheen, sitting between polished chrome and matt black in reflectivity. The raised 'OVEN' lettering is part of the moulded ABS body with a steel reinforcing plate, giving tactile definition that remains legible even when viewed from an angle. The 33mm height and 16mm width match standard grid module dimensions, and the rocker projects 6.8mm from the faceplate when fitted.

The rocker fits Knightsbridge's modular grid switch systems where individual rockers clip onto separate switch mechanisms. It does not fit standard single-gang or multi-gang switches that use integrated rockers moulded into the faceplate.

Can the rocker be removed and replaced?

Yes. The rocker clips onto the underlying switch mechanism and can be removed by gently prising it off, then replaced with a different marked rocker if the appliance layout changes. No tools or rewiring are required.
