Description

This pair of ribbed tumblers is made from glass, 40% of it recycled glass and the remaining 60% glass, and each tumbler holds 240ml. Shallow vertical ribs run around the body, and small air bubbles sit within the glass itself, so light catches the surface unevenly and gives each piece a soft, uneven sparkle. The pair is multicoloured, each tumbler with its own tint, which makes it easy to tell whose glass is whose. At 7cm across and 8.5cm tall they are short, compact tumblers with a slightly thickened rim, easy to hold and easy to fit into a cupboard.

A 240ml tumbler is a practical everyday size for water, juice or a cold drink alongside a meal. Put the pair out at breakfast, keep them by the kitchen sink for a glass of water through the day, or set them on the table for a relaxed supper.
