Description

This Libra Interiors tray set comprises two round glass trays with a geometric pattern in antique gold against a black background, edged with a gold-tone metal rim and fitted with metal handles. The larger tray measures 45cm diameter, the smaller 37.5cm, both with a shallow 4-4.5cm rim height to contain items without overwhelming table surfaces.

Designed for coffee tables, console tables, ottomans and bar carts, the trays serve as stable surfaces for glassware, decanters, candles or grouped ornaments. The geometric pattern is printed onto the underside of the glass base, so the surface that items rest on remains smooth and uninterrupted. The metal handles allow the trays to be lifted and moved between rooms without gripping the glass edge.

The black background and antique gold geometric pattern creates a high-contrast visual that suits Art Deco, mid-century and contemporary interiors. The gold-tone metal rim provides a defined edge and structural reinforcement around the perimeter of each tray. The glass construction gives the trays a combined weight of 2.3kg across both pieces, providing stability under loaded glassware without needing to be weighted.

Is the pattern on the top or bottom of the glass?

The geometric pattern is printed on the underside of the glass base, so items placed on the tray rest on a smooth glass surface. This prevents scratching of the pattern during use.

How are the trays cleaned?

Wipe the glass surface with a damp microfibre cloth and dry immediately to avoid water marks. The metal rim and handles can be cleaned with the same cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads which may scratch the glass or damage the pattern underneath.

Can they be used for food serving?

The trays are designed for serving drinks, displaying ornaments or organising items on tables. The shallow rim height makes them suitable for glassware and bottles but less practical for plates with liquid-based foods.
